I really struggled coming up with a J word, but I decided eventually to go for joking because of the very fact I love to laugh but I find it is something that is so hard to convey on the page.
The real difficulty with writing humour is that so many people find different things funny and there are many different types of funny.
There are the cute animal clips…
Then you have slapstick…
And then there is that very special breed of comedy that can make you laugh…
and cry…
