Another month has been and gone and I must say it ended on a high note with my birthday.

Just incase you are not on my Facebook page then here is a glimpse of the charming young man who accompanied me and my daughter to lunch yesterday  notice his new tie he wore for the occasion…

I had a lovely day out at Castle Howard this month, a very inspiring place and one I hope to return to soon and explore further.

On the writing front I can honestly say it is the first month in a long time where I have written every day in one form or another.  I really believe that is down to the Magic Spreadsheet combined with my competitive nature lol.  I am know level 2 so I get a lovely new badge…

In September I wrote 20,399 words ( I count words written in my Blog/WIP/Journal/Notebooks for this total) which gave me an average of 680 words per day.

Since starting using the spreadsheet I have written 25,974 and have created a chain of 43 days consecutive writing and earned 1,014 point.

I am really pleased with how this is working out for me and have even started using the Magic Workout Spreadsheet here to encourage writers to remember to get up from the keyboard/desk and exercise regularly.

I am finally starting to feel like I am moving forward and getting somewhere with my writing and all I can say is roll on October
