I love you for thinking of me Paula but I can’t do it just now I’m afraid. Oddly enough I was challenged yesterday too (I know, I’ve been challenged for years).I’ve got a lot of clinics this week and then catching up.

  How about a special challenge just for you then and that is to include your favourite quote from a book in your weekly round up, the vlog will be back this week now that my voice has returned again
