I have been sitting down to write this post all day but today has just been one of those days where I keep getting distracted so now instead of trying to tear myself away I decided it was just easier to share my distraction with you. You see I recently introduced one of my American friends to a couple of UK chefs and we are sat on line at the minute discussing is mouse a step to far as an ingredient? Kangaroo burgers, Rattlesnake stew and Alligator nuggets, not to forget my favourite the Wild Boar Hog roast.
My UK friends will probably be well acquainted with the gents I introduced her to but for the rest of you…..

Strange, I don’t know about Kangaroo. Absolutely no on the mice, no no no. As to the rest? I live in Texas where we have Rattlesnake roundups, we eat Rattlesnake. We also eat Alligator, it is normal.
