For those not following my fb or twitter just a quick note to say thankyou for your kind thoughts and messages and I am now home and recovering. The surgery went well and it would seem the fact morphine made me sick meant that I cut back on pain relief quicker than expected to a point which meant I could come home yesterday. I still have a way to go and will leave my scheduled posts to run fir a few more days but at least I can sit up and read a few of your posts to entertain myself. Must continue to take things slowly and have managed to not have a cig since before the op so am pleased on that score as well.

Paula – great to hear from you and to read that you’re doing well! Just remember, even though it’s tempting, try not to over do things. You may just slow down your progress. Sending you a big, but very light, cuddle! 🙂

So glad to here your doing well, and home. You may find that you quit smoking, my mother was able to stop after gall-balder surgery.
